CREATIVE FUTURES LAB | C-ACCELERATE+ MENTORSHIP WEEK: FROM CREATIVE IDEAS TO SUSTAINABLE PROJECTS
REGISTRATION
Open until 25th of October, 2026
Do you have a creative idea you would like to develop, test and turn into something real?
Or perhaps you do not have a project yet, but want to challenge yourself, work with others and create something new?
From November 30 to December 4, 2026, the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre invites students and emerging creatives to take part in the C-Accelerate+ Mentorship Week – five intensive days dedicated to developing ideas, testing skills and turning creative thinking into action.
Participants can join the programme in two ways: by bringing an existing creative idea or project they would like to develop further, or by joining an interdisciplinary team and taking on a new creative challenge during the week.
TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
- Bring your own idea
Come with an idea or an existing project that you would like to take further. Use the week to explore its potential, test assumptions, develop a prototype and receive feedback from mentors, experts, audiences and potential partners.Your idea might become an artistic project, performance, cultural experience, social initiative, creative product or business solution.
- Take on a creative challenge
You do not need to arrive with an idea.Join an interdisciplinary team, respond to a creative challenge and develop a new project together. This is an opportunity to test your skills, experiment with new roles and approaches, collaborate with people from different disciplines and see what you can create in five days.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Throughout the week, participants will:
- work intensively on their own project or as part of a creative team;
- receive mentoring and expert consultations;
- take part in creative workshops;
- explore audiences and potential partnerships; develop and test a project prototype;
- receive guidance on funding, sustainability, technology and intellectual property;
- prepare and present their project at the end of the week.
The week is designed as a space for productive experimentation. You do not need to arrive with a finished proposal, business plan or fully formed concept.
You can use the five days to test an idea you already have – or test yourself by creating something entirely new.
FROM IDEA TO PROJECT
The aim of the Mentorship Week is not simply to generate ideas, but to explore whether and how they could work in practice. Participants will consider who their project is for, what value it could create, what would be needed to make it happen and who could help develop it further.
By the end of the week, participants will turn their work into a project concept and prototype and present it to others.
CREATIVE FUTURES LAB × InMuse
Participants in the C-Accelerate+ Mentorship Week will also receive free access to the international InMuse conference, dedicated to the intersection of art, science and creative entrepreneurship.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
The Mentorship Week is open to students and emerging creatives who want to develop an existing idea or spend five intensive days creating, collaborating and learning.
Having an existing project or fully developed idea is not required.
SELECTION PROCESS
The number of places is limited. The programme aims to select up to two participants from each partner institution. Selection will take into account applicants’ motivation and interest in the programme. Final participation will be confirmed in coordination with the partner institutions.
